The name of the foundation means "Phan Bde" means "to do good" in Tibetan language. The foundation was established in 2013 by Piotr Cykowski. It aims i to help implement projects and initiatives combining different ways of action, experiences, people and organizations by providing formal (legal personality) and financial support.

The mission of the Foundation is to support social and non-governmental initiatives, especially those related to the protection of human rights, counteracting discrimination and supporting cooperation within initiatives involving various organizations and communities.
